I'm Alex Soulis — a French-American digital strategy and AI business consultant. My route here wasn't linear: hospital wards, opera-house desks, Dublin hotel lobbies, then PHP APIs, React interfaces and a decade of learning how people and systems really behave.
I've worked in three countries — France, Ireland and the United States — and studied in three languages: French, English and Spanish. That mix is the point. I can sit with a leadership team, map the messy reality of a workflow, and translate it into a strategy a technical team can execute.
Today I advise on digital strategy and AI opportunity, shape roadmaps and pilots, and stay close to the build. I'm currently completing a DBA in Information Systems & Enterprise Resource Management.
